- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on availability.
4. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Return Shipping

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
